Do I have to take them at exact times?
No. Perga gives suggested morning and evening directions, but you don't need to overthink it. Consistency is more important than perfect timing. The products may be taken together if that makes the routine easier to maintain.
Can I start slow?
Yes. The full Foundation serving is five tablets each of CoreBlue and CoreGreen, but you can begin with one tablet and gradually increase toward the full serving.
